To minimize exposure to COVID-19 and help protect our customers and employees, all offices of the Brevard County Property Appraiser will temporarily close to the public beginning Thursday, March 19th until Sunday, April 19th at which time we will reevaluate the need for an extension of the closure. Our offices will remain operational to employees at this time. Members of the public are encouraged to obtain needed services by using our website, online forms, email or by phone.
The Property Appraiser continues to actively monitor the situation and respond to facility needs based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Florida Department of Health (DOH), the Florida Division of Emergency Management (DEM), and Brevard County Emergency Management. In addition, our BCPAO management team and Brevard County staff will continue to implement sanitation and other measures to ensure the health and safety of all employees working in our facilities.
Please know the Property Appraiser remains committed to serving those who need our services and appreciates your cooperation as we work together to respond to COVID-19.
Most information you send us is public record per Florida law. You may submit your concerns anonymously, but if you would like a response and prefer to keep your contact information private, please visit one of our five offices instead of using this form.
