All offices of the Brevard County Property Appraiser are now open to the public during normal business hours with no appointment necessary. Members of the public are still encouraged to obtain needed services by using our website, online forms, email, or by phone.
The Property Appraiser continues to actively monitor the situation and respond to facility needs based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Florida Department of Health (DOH), the Florida Division of Emergency Management (DEM), and Brevard County Emergency Management. In addition, our BCPAO management team and Brevard County staff will continue to implement sanitation and other measures to ensure the health and safety of the public, and all employees working in our facilities.
Please know the Property Appraiser remains committed to serving those who need our services and appreciates your cooperation as we work together to respond to COVID-19.
